- The check-in time is 2 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Keeping your room after 11 will be treated as an extension of your stay. In case you leave your room by 4 p.m., an amount equivalent to half a day's price will be charged.
- The booking is confirmed once an advance of 50% of the whole stay is paid or a written booking is submitted (for companies and institutions).
- The guest pay for a stay at our resort at check-in
- In case of cancellation (after the advance has been paid), the advance is not returned, (in case of companies or institutions) a VAT invoice will be issued and sent to the ordering party for 50% of the cost of the whole stay.
- In case your stay is shortened, an amount of 50% of the cost will be charged.
- The breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
- Hotel guests are asked to observe a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- The behaviour of guests and other visitors at the hotel should not disturb the peace of other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide further service to any persons that does not respect this regulation.
- The hotel guest may not transfer their room to any third persons, even if the time they paid for has not passed yet.
- Visitors who have not checked in at the hotel may stay at the hotel from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m. after having informed the reception desk about this fact.
- The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. In case of any reservations concerning the quality of our services, the guests are asked to report them immediately to the reception desk, which will allow the hotel personnel to react as soon as possible.
- Kormoran Resort will not be held liable for any damage or loss of any cars or other vehicles of its guests.
- The hotel guest is materially responsible for any damage or devastation of hotel equipment or devices caused by them or their visitors.
- Items left in the room can be picked up free of charge at the reception desk. Kormoran Hotel also provides the SEND-SERVICE (left items are sent directly to the recipient's address) for a one-time fee of 100 PLN
- The hotel provides ROOM SERVICE on request, the cost of 50% of the order, not less than 50 PLN.
